CREW SERVICES MANAGER

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Crew Services Managers for future contracts onboard a 5* cruise ship.

• Travel is organised and paid for by the company
• Single cabin accomodation
• 4 month contracts (approximate)

This position require you to LIVE and WORK ABOARD A CRUISE SHIP.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a crew office or crew logistics position
• Ship experience required
• Travel and Tourism or Hotel Management degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of US Immigration and US Customs regulations for cruise
ships
• Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hectic environment and be able to multi-task
• Ability to handle diverse and demanding, high pressure situations
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Fidelio knowledge preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and manage the berthing process
• Manages the Crew Office operation
• Continuously build strong relations with government Officials in each port of
call
• Work closely with shore side travel and logistics to coordinate all Crew
movement
• Work closely with all division heads and management onboard to ensure a
constant flow of communication in reference to Crew movement, travel and
crew issues
