Senior Administrator – Luxembourg - €45,000

A leading provider of administration services for corporate vehicles and investment funds based in Luxembourg has an opportunity to join an expanding team in servicing existing clients and assisting in the further development of this start-up operation. The vacancy is for a senior administrator, with the opportunity to progress quickly. Key responsibilities will be the take-on and ongoing day to day administration of various corporate vehicles as part of the administration team. Duties include, but are not limited to: -

• Collation and completion of KYC / AML documentation
• Transactional documentation review / preparation (as directed)
• Preparation for, and attendance at, board meetings, actioning and/or monitoring any follow-up items
• Ensuring all reporting obligations and payment dates are met, within agreed timeframes
• Co-ordination with our accountants and the auditors of annual audits, filings and returns for companies under administration
• Responsible for developing and maintaining excellent client relationships

Technical Knowledge / Skills Required

Applicants should have an aptitude and experience in some of the following administrative areas

• Existing knowledge of KTY, although some training will be given.
• Ideally studying toward ICSA Professional or similar.
• Supervision/Mentoring of junior staff.
• Preparation and filing of annual accounts (however this is an administrative and not accounting post)
• Company secretarial, Fund administration & cash management experience functions

Ideally years experience in a similar administration role is essential for this position together with the ability to work within a small and busy team.
