A Seven Day Retreat Intensive in Portugal: 9th - 16th April 2010
Making friends with the mind
Facilitated by Jörg Herrmann and Heinz Meisnitzer

In this retreat we will alternate The Work of Byron Katie with extended periods of silence, as we identify and question the thoughts and belief systems that underlie the mental chatter we all experience.
The investigation of our thinking with the 4 questions of "The Work" brings us back to a still mind and meditation supports us in really listening to our thinking.
In this process we can experience silence on a deeper level, in a way that we may not have experienced before.

Everyone is welcome, from beginners to those with more experience of either The Work or meditation. In English, with German translation as necessary.
This event counts for 7 days credit for Candidates in the BKI Facilitator Certification Program.
