For over 38 years Kildare's longest established family owned and run 4 Star Keadeen Hotel has been welcoming guests through its doors, ideally located in Newbridge Co. Kildare, just 30 minutes drive from Dublin.



The least we expect from our ideal candidate is:
Relevant experience in similar fine dining style restaurants/hotels
Enthusiasm, energy, ideas.
Senior experience in team environment.
An appreciation of local & seasonal foods is essential for persons applying.
Fluent English essential
Duties will involve:
Work in conjunction with current Kitchen Team in the development of high standard & quality of food
Day to day running of busy Kitchen
Full daily Service
Ordering, stock control
Menu input
