I have a large 2 bedroom apt in lucan close to liffy valley and new train stn,their is a bus stop outside the apt it is one of only 12 own door apt.Their is a car space with each apt plus their is 11 spare spaces which can be used for a second car.their is also a communal garden area,the apt has gas central heating,wodden floors,seperate kitchen ,bathroom,large sitting/dinning room,and inside tiled hall.Looking for a 2 /3 bed house in tallaght area this is a private swap not council, or will sell, i will also consider taking a trade in up to a value of not more than €140.000. as part payment.
