Female - fitness / dance / health in Ireland

Hi! I was wondering if anyone knows of a female running group around the area or Rathmines/Ranelagh/Ballsbridge. I recently started running in Herbert Park and it would be nice to join a group where I could feel more motivated. If u know of any please let me know. :)

Hi I'm looking to take up swimming again..go maybe twice a week in either Aura or Felda leisure centre, Dundalk, would like a female buddy/companion to keep up motivation as I only took lessons last year and am still a little nervous, thanks,
