The ideal candidate will have an good understanding of MS Excel and Word, and experience with Sage Software. Impeccable organisational skills, timekeeping, and work ethic are a requirement.


The role is full-time, and will be based in Ennis, Co. Clare.


The duties of this role will include:

Filing all paperwork including invoicing, delivery dockets, and mail.

Processing weekly payroll.

Liaising with our external bookkeeper to ensure that they have all of the information required to maintain accounts.

Managing Creditors accounts and ensuring that supplier terms are being upheld.



Requirements:

Proven record of experience in previous accounting roles

Experience with accounting software

Knowledge of MS Excel

Excellent timekeeping/organisational skills.
