• Including preparation/filing of company documentation, reports, presentations and letters to company standard.
• Organise and schedule meetings, events proactively and using initiative.
• Organising travel/booking arrangements.
• Be part of a small team to organise and co-ordinate projects.
• Manage relationships with clients in confidence.
• Scanning all the necessary documentation to appropriate folders.
• Computer duties; typing documents and reports, use of database and spreadsheets, data entry, emails etc
• Other ad-hoc duties as they are required.
