Key responsibilities of the role : Reconciliation of venders accounts Reports on the status of accounts payable,Update internal accounting database and spreadsheet,Bank reconciliation,General bookkeeping duties, Process accounts payable invoices and reconciliation of creditors balances 2 statements Perform VAT returns and P30 returns, Adhoc duties as required. Essential criteria of the role : Minimum 4 years working experience: Proven work experience as an accounts administrator or a similar role , Advances knowledge of Microsoft, excel, using formulas and creating spreadsheets, Excellent attention to details and communication skills, Organised, Fluent english, Strong deadline and task management
