Blanchardstown Commercials Ltd is currently recruiting an experienced Office Manager/Bookkeeper


Responsibilies:

-Input of Sales onto system (Big Red Cloud)

-Input of Purchase and credit notes onto system

-Processing payments

-Send invoices to clients

-Credit control, assisting in ensuring payments are received in a timely manner

-Monthly VAT Returns

-Weekly Payroll

-Preparing monthly bank reconciliations

-Responds to phone/email queries in a timely and efficient manner

-General support office duties


Candidate requirements:

-Be flexible in approach

-Ability to adapt to a challenging environment

-Be good at communication both internally and with clients

-At least 2 years' experience in a similar role

-Strong attention to detail


Job Type: Full-time

Package negotiable.
