We are currently seeking a Payroll Support Administrator to join our Client Payroll Services Department. This is a part time/flexible working position on a client’s site based in Dublin West. The role is a fixed term contract for one year.

Required responsibilities include:

• Co-ordinate payroll input files across a number of entities

• Assist in the preparation and review of data for uploading to the payroll system

• Involved in payroll processing for clients at different

• Required to support key functions within the Payroll department

• Assist with process improvement across the Payroll support function

Required experience includes:

• Minimum of 3 to 4 years payroll experience

• IPASS qualification is preferable

• Conscientious about deadlines with excellent organisational ability

• Excellent attention to detail is a key attribute of this role

• Ability to deal with and prioritise multiple tasks

• Ability to work on own initiative

• Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel (in particular VLOOKUP’s) & Outlook an advantage

• Ability to perform in a calm and efficient manner under pressure
