Part Time Office Accounts and Administrator
Coyle Consulting are a specialist recruitment agency that specialise in recruiting for a number of large multinationals and also in the recruitment of HR and recruitment professionals for some of Irelands leading recruitment agencies.
We are a fun but hardworking team and we are looking for a like minded individual to join us.
The role will be Monday – Friday 930-130
The following are the duties required for the role:
- Accounts Payable and receivable
- Payroll and payroll administration
- Bank Rec
- Dealing with Revenue and ROS
- Credit Control
- General Administration
- Dealing with the temp workforce on general day to day queries and questions.
- General Ad Hoc duties.
Essential to have a min of 3-4 years in an office environment working in an accounts role
It would be great if you have worked in a smaller office where you would have lots of varied responsibilities.
Experience in Sage essential and Collsoft Payroll would be beneficial
