You will be joining a management team for a call centre of up to 30 staff
Provide Mentorship to call centre staff
Mange Performance of call centre staff
Deliver efficiencies in the call centre
Act as a point of escalation for the call centre team.
Refine process to create efficiency and improve the customer experience
3 years` experience in a management level role with a proven customer service focus.
Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with proven experience working as part of a large cross functional team.
Proven people management and leadership skills.
Have a good knowledge of call centre IT infrastructure
