We are currently recruiting for a talented Senior Chef de Partie for our client, a fabulous Award Winning Boutique Hotel based just on the outskirts of Cork City. This amazing hotel pride themselves on their exceptional customer service and the amenities they offer their guests - in particular their dining options.
The ideal candidate
- Experience in 5* / high end 4* Hotel / Award Winning Restaurant
- Passionate about food, fresh local ingredients & fine dining
- Be creative and motivated to succeed
- Be a team player
- Have an eye for detail & food presentation
- Work well under pressure while ensuring that standards remain high
- Excellent knowledge of HACCP & all food hygiene legislation
- Wants to become part of a talented team
