Chef de Partie 

Rochestown Park Hotel is looking for a creative, innovative and motivated Chef with a passion for cooking to add to our well established professional team of Chefs in the Kitchen department:

The ideal candidate for this position must:

· Have previous experience (minimum 2+ years) in a similar role.

· Have the ability to multi-task in a busy volume based fast-paced environment.

· Be a team player and be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service

· Be flexible with regards to working hours / availability to work various shift patterns

· Have an ability to prepare all dishes in a timely fashion and to an agreed standard.

Have HACCP Knowledge & Training
