Owners Maurice and Colette O’Donnovan have worked tirelessly for almost 30 years to establish this Irish Pub as the place to go in Bantry, West Cork for food and drink.

Minimum 3 years experience working in a similar position Bar/restaurant.
We require a Sous chef capable of taking charge of busy kitchen in the absence of the head chef, also be able to create menus and bring new ideas to the business.supervise and manage kitchen.

Full time position.
Day evening and night shifts..,varying from day to day.

Salary: €32,000 to €34,000,per year.

ROLE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY

Good English level required
