PLEASE ONLY RESPOND IF YOU HAVE MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A DELI ASSISTANT AND WANT TO TAKE THAT NEXT STEP TO TAKE CHARGE OF A VERY BUSY DELI AND DAY-TIME RESTAURANT.
Applicant will be responsible for the set up, running and management of a very busy deli and restaurant. They will be required to:
complete daily HACCP sheets, delegate staff members, responsible for orders, opening and closing (key holding), staff rosters, liaise with management on daily basis, demonstrate and monitor good policies and practices in relation to cleaning and health & Safety, amongst other duties.
Please note early start (6am) and weekend work will be essential.
