La Scarpetta Italian Restaurant, Skerries is looking for a full time Chef for their busy restaurant.
Hours of work: 30-35 hours per week.
The ideal candidate must have;
•A minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
•Excellent attention to detail in relation to HACCP & quality standards.
•A passion for producing high quality, wholesome food.
•Fluent English.
•Ability to maintain the highest standard in food hygiene, service and presentation.
•Experience managing a busy kitchen, overseeing stock control etc.
•Ability to work using their own initiative and as part of a team.
•Experience preparing Italian food a distinct advantage.
Competitive salary depending on experience.
Accommodation can be arranged for the right candidate.
