Senior Events Coordinator - 4* Hotel, North Dublin
Our Client, A beautiful 4* Hotel in North Dublin are looking to recruit a senior events coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday but may occasionally require some weekend work.
- Handling the full cycle of booking from initial enquiry to billing
- Negotiation & Contracting bookings
- Post Event Follow Up
- Reactive Sales
- Conducting site inspections with perspective clients;
- Conference & Events Forecasting/Budgeting/Reporting - weekly, monthly & annually
