GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB:
We are looking for a professional Sous Chef for our Client Hotel in Swords Co. Dublin, following their company’s specifications and guidelines. Full Time Position.
PURPOSE OF JOB:
To assist the Head Chef with the overall running of the kitchen, Back of House areas including it’s the staff canteen and delivery bay. To assist the Head Chef in the production od menus of the highest standards with the use of approved ingredients in a cost effective manner. To be responsible for maintaining a comprehen- sive hygiene programme to ensure all kitchen staff observe appropriate systems of hygiene during food preparation and storage. To comply with HACCP regulation.
