Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Follow the guidance of superior staff members in the preparation of food.
- Be open to further training from fellow staff to improve their culinary skills.
- The ability to work in a faced paced environment while always maintaining a high standard of service.
- Daily food preparation.
- Abide by and enforce health codes and cleanliness standards in the kitchen and food storage areas.
- Ensure that HACCP standards are adhered to at all times.
- The ability to show extensive knowledge of food and ingredients.
- 2/3 years experience in a similar background and role
- HACCP Knowledge and Training
- Certification from a recognised body is preferred
- Basic Computers and Fluent English
- Ability to work as a team player
- Flexibility to work with other disciplines within the Kitchen
