HOURS PER WEEK: 40/45 per week with 2 days off

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB:
We are recruiting a Senior Chef De Partie who would like to become part of our team of chefs. We have a position available for you if you love working with food - especially seafood.
The restaurant has been long established as the destination restaurant when visiting Kerry. With seating of up to 70 guests at a time, the small yet cosy restaurant creates the perfect dining atmosphere. The philosophy of the owners is to serve only sustainable fresh, wild Irish local fish, supplied by the family company. Menu’s feature ultra-fresh seafood with a choice of daily specials. Mouth-watering offerings include seafood platters, local crab, sizzling Dingle Bay prawns, pan seared baby squid and the family’s world renowned smoked salmon.
