GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB:
We are looking for a professional Junior Sous Chef for our Client Hotel, following their company’s specifications and guidelines. Full Time Position.
To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all standards of performance and delivery within your department Ensure the kitchen equipment is in proper working order. To avoid unnecessary wastage, observe proper portion planning and control and to act in a cost effective manner. To assist the Head Chef in recruiting, training, managing and developing a first class kitchen team. Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the Company policies and current legislation.
