GROSS SALARY: €30000 TO €35000 PER YEAR + CUSTOMER TIP

A Chef De Partie/Sous Chef position has become available in our client restaurant / hotel. An award winning restaurant that caters for a variety of different functions and are looking for someone who is able to help manage a busy kitchen. Attention to detail is a must, as is demonstrated culinary expertise. We need someone with creativity and passion to help us produce innovative dishes and enhance the overall dining experience for our customers.
Staff accommodation included.
Our salary offer is based on an expectation of a 45 hour working week on average. Our chefs are also included in the ‘customer tips’ which roughly work out at an additional €50.00 per week or €2500 per year (tax free and increasing all the time).
