GROSS SALARY: €25000 PER YEAR STARTING SALARY
ACCOMMODATION: LOW COST ACCOMMODATION AVAILABLE
As part of the job the successful candidate will receive training in all areas ie Raw food Preparation/Sauce etc/starters & Salads preparation/ Grill Area & Hot Plate Section/Woks & Pans/Desserts and be expected to become proficient in all areas.
Once trained to our standard & method the candidate should be able to work as part of a team as well as on their own. Must be capable of working in a busy fast paced environment, but able to maintain excellent standards. The candidate must have good people skills and be able to communicate well as we have a multicultural staff base. Must have excellent spoken English and very good understanding of written English. Must have formal chef qualification as well as training in food safety (HACCP)
Hours are approximately 39/40 hours p/week, normally 5 days per week, no split shifts. 2 days off per week usually midweek or early week
