GROSS SALARY: 25000€ TO 28000€ PER YEAR
HOURS PER WEEK: Average working week of 40 hours, mainly evenings, every third Sunday off.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB:
We are looking for someone to come on board who has previous experience in staff supervision, excellent organisational skills, highest level of customer service and the ability to grow and develop the business. Candidates will be given the opportunity to become involved in all aspects of the job from menu planning, costing, and product development to billing, staff training, on the job coaching. This role is hands on and variety is guaranteed. Candidates will be given every support and opportunity to develop also.
On a day to day basis candidates will be expected to ensure food and staff are presented correctly, we give customers the highest level of service. Check the reservations book, (we are in the process of computerising this process) to ensure everything is in order, following up on any confirmations, periodically check bedrooms, ensure public areas are presented correctly etc.
