ARCHITECT /DESIGNER CONSULTATION
The real value in
hiring a designer comes when they create something unique, just for you!
I will help you to make
your home both beautiful and functional.
It doesn’t matter to
me how big your project is or how much money
you want to spend on it.
Maybe you need to just simply swap a few accessories, reupholstering furniture or choosing new
paint colours.
I will balance aesthetic
considerations with structural planning to reflect your lifestyle, set the
desired mood, complement the home's architectural features, and ensure that
less glamorous details (like electrical outlets and air vents) fit into the
scheme.
I will not let you
over-spend in areas that add no value in terms of function, comfort and style.
At the first meeting
I will try to listen to you and your family / partner / flatmates etc. and
observe. Afterwards I will follow your direct requests for your project,
and then also do a little reading between the lines. The more information you
can give me about your wants and needs, the better. However... I do like a
little freedom to create. I will take pictures of your property and do
measurements.
Following the
consultation you will receive a written
report with images outlining colours
selected and design ideas discussed enabling you to implement the design
yourself.
Moreover you will
get:

A floor plan to scale showing furniture
and floor covering placement
·
A design mood board with images of inspirational
rooms, colour, scheme, furniture, art and accessories.
This package covers a
full colour consultation in addition
to professional advice on any other design elements or issues you may wish to
discuss such as layout, lighting,
flooring, walls, window treatments and furniture.
One-time
consultations can be accommodated fairly easily.
I charge €150 for a consultation in your home
and it is payable at the visit.
This package is limited to a maximum 3 hours consultation.
Note: mileage charge may apply 20 km outside Cork city centre.

Interior Architect / Designer / Decorator/ Graphic Artist/ 3d modeler / CAD
technician with over 10 years experience. The work of my practice is
characterised by its quality, creative flair and attention to detail backed up
