As Schedule & Account Services Specialist you will be providing telephone, chat and email assistance to our EMEA customers as part of the Dell Global Service Desk.
- 24/7 Customer support
- Understand Customer’s needs
- Processing part order / escalation
- Reactive scheduling of activities for onsite resolution for our engineering team
- Creative, outside the box thinker. Able to solve problems without constant supervision.
- Manage own workload, following up on cases when required and being responsible for the timely completion of assignments and work.
- Ability to multitask, be quick and eager to learn, organised, and keep up to date with new procedures and processes. Able to handle a high volume of work and frequent changes in direction with ease.
