Key Responsibilities

As Schedule & Account Services Specialist you will be providing telephone, chat and email assistance to our EMEA customers as part of the Dell Global Service Desk.

  • 24/7 Customer support
  • Understand Customer’s needs
  • Processing part order / escalation
  • Reactive scheduling of activities for onsite resolution for our engineering team

Essential Requirements

  • Creative, outside the box thinker. Able to solve problems without constant supervision.
  • Manage own workload, following up on cases when required and being responsible for the timely completion of assignments and work.
  • Ability to multitask, be quick and eager to learn, organised, and keep up to date with new procedures and processes. Able to handle a high volume of work and frequent changes in direction with ease.
  • Microsoft Office applications
  • Availability to work to a 24/7 shift rotation
