Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing queries, service requests and complaints.

Take ownership of customers queries ensuring you follow up on resolution and any commitments made to customer.

Follow the correct processes to resolve customers queries.

Behave with integrity and in a manner that upholds Arise and Clients values.

Take ownership of your own performance and actively seek out ways to improve and progress.


Requirements:

Exceptional customer focus skills with minimum 1 years experience in a customer facing role.

A flexible can do attitude and creative approavch to helping people.

English language skills to fluent level; verbal, written, oral.

Enjoys trouble shooting and demonstrates good problem solving skills

Exceptional time management with availability to work evenings and weekends.
