My client is looking for an experienced candidate, to fill a new position - Sales Support and Customer Service Executive in West Dublin.


Responsibilities:

  • Meet and Exceed Account Management Sales targets and support and close direct sales enquiries made to central office
  • Become expert in the product portfolio in order to support customer requirements
  • Determine new opportunities by analysing the business needs of existing and potential customers through the contact points of your role
  • Implement strategies for new products and services as required by the company
  • Sales Administration (i.e. quotes, sales and statistics reports) to be completed in a timely manner
  • Deliver presentations and generate reports relevant to your duties

Account Management, Sales Support & Customer Support:

  • Follow through on sales queries from Field Sales staff and directly from customers providing quotations as required
  • Provide quotations as required over the phone and input quotes on CRM system and maintain database
  • Raise and Post Orders, and generate Credit Notes as required
  • Card Payment Processing for direct sales as required
  • Increase the company’s involvement with existing clients, investigating further opportunities for up selling and identifying any future requirements they may have
  • Adopt a hands-on approach in monitoring sales trends
  • Answer all customer queries in a supportive and professional manner

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 years Sales support experience in a fast paced environment
  • A business qualification is desirable with relevant skills or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of Local Authorities and County Councils would be an advantage

The salary for this role is negotiable but will range at €30k neg. DOE
