In this role as a Service Advisor, you will be expected to act as an interface between the customers and the company by resolving the customers’ queries and issues. Some of the duties involve:

  • Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with technicians
  • Liaison with customers about any additional work required
  • Greeting customers and scheduling services
  • Estimating time and costs associated with repairs
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Responding to customer requests
  • Tracking the vehicle through the workshop

Job Requirements

As a Service Advisor you will be required to have the following experience :

  • 1+ years of previous Customer Service experience

Desirable experience for this role:

  • A professional and polite manner
  • Good communication skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • The ability to gather technical information and relay it in a way that customers will understand
