GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB:
We are looking for a professional Pastry Sous Chef for our Client Hotel, following their company’s specifications and guidelines. Full Time Position.
To be responsible for the supervision of Junior Chef de parties, commie and breakfast chefs
To ensure consistency of product at all times. To ensure the proper production, rotation and storage of the product with proper labelling at all times To contribute to the continual development of the business, ensuring the continual growth of profit To be flexible to the business trends and fluctuations including all other areas of the kitchen operations. To report for duty on time and in the correct uniform. To prepare and produce food for the area, which you are assigned, and to the standards set by the Head Pastry Chef.
