This is an excellent opportunity for an APA qualified professional with people management or supervisor experience to step into a Team Leader role.


Job description:

Guide, lead and motivate operations employees.

Help team achieve KPIs and lead them in delivering quality and consistency with customer service standards.

Plan and schedule staff.

Lead meetings and mentor and coach team.

Ensure compliance with legislation, policies and procedures.

Requirements:


APA Qualification.

Experience with people management.

Experience in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent IT skills.

Excellent communication and customer service.

Leadership skills.
