I am currently looking to recruit an experienced customer service person for a busy distribution company based in Meath, 15 minutes from Dublin 15 area

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • The primary function of this role is to provide support for the Customer Services Team & act as a point of contact for Customers and the Field Sales teams, providing order processing capability, managing customer service requests/queries etc.; delivering total customer satisfaction through all communication channels.

Duties:

  • Customer Order processing
  • Additions and amendments to customer orders in Azyra as necessary
  • Provide daily order report to transport confirming order numbers, delivery instructions etc., following Azyra transmission
  • Booking deliveries for and communicating delivery information to customers as required
  • To provide ‘inbound’ customer service response via phone, email, fax
  • To provide ‘outbound’ customer service response, delivering an end to end solution on issues arising – follow up on orders, refusal, damages etc as required
  • Maintenance of customer complaints log, tracking issues through to resolution
  • Process uplift requests – process and send documentation to transport
  • Liaising with Sales team and assisting with queries

Suitable candidate must have:

  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Numerate
  • Strong Communication Skills verbal and written
  • Ability to prioritise workload and deliver to deadlines
  • Team Player, flexible and proactively uses own initiative
  • Completer/Finisher – follow through tasks, queries etc. to completion

Salary will range at €26K depending on experience
