Sous Chef required for the Limerick / East Clare region
This is the opportunity to join an effective, busy restaurant team as support to the Head Chef. Regular, repeat business and emphasis on consistency with the quality of the food. 5 day working week, hours do not exceed 45 per week.
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Working knowledge of bar / restaurant environment.
- Ability to lead team in the absence of the Head Chef.
- Availability to work weekends as required.
- €35k salary depending on experience.
- 2 weeks holidays in summer available to request off.
- Structured hours - 12 - 9pm or 1 - 10pm.
