We're currently working for our client, a 5* property on the outskirts of Dublin.
The successful candidate would have previous experience as a Sous Chef within a 2 AA Rosette kitchen at a similar property and be comfortable dealing with volume.
They would be working with and supporting the Head Chef, overseeing the conference and banqueting functions whilst working with a large team.
This will suit somebody who is comfortable with volume, who has the ability to oversee top quality food, being produced consistently, even during very busy period.
