Commissary has an exciting opportunity in our production kitchen in
Sandyford for an experienced chef/cook to deliver a high level of food
to our number one client on a daily basis.
The job will require someone to help menu plan and execute a food
offering starting with an upmarket continental breakfast then preparing a
varied and exciting lunch and also catering for functions and events
from time to time.
This will generally take place Monday to Friday 6am until 2pm.
Hours will be consistent but some flexibility is expected as the business needs.
3 years cooking experience and be extremely competent in a professional environment.
Must have a professional knowledge on being compliant with HACCP regulations.
Although menus and recipes will be provided you must have a good
understanding of food and understand how to create balance in a dish and
how it should taste at it’s best for the customer.
The Candidate must be passionate about food.
The Candidate must be able to work well on their own and have a
sense of initiative but also be able to work well with others and take
instructions on board when the time arises.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and want to learn.
