We are currently seeking to recruit Chefs of all grades for Hotels and Restaurants in Dublin City and surrounds.
- Oversee the preparation of the full daily menu ensuring preparation and delivery to a high standard
- Support preparation of Menus, stock management & ordering and preparation of food
- Preparation of specialty foods in line with menu planning and specific culinary skills
- Must have at least one year experience.
- Manual Handling and Food Safety Training.
- Excellent English.
- People person and well presented.
- Experience in cleaning systems.
- Excellent knowledge of the food industry.
- Ability to adapt to working in new environments.
- Must have two working references.
- Must be flexible with working hours and willing to travel to various locations
- Stamp2 or part time visa are also eligible for this position due to the hours required.
