Aramark Food Services are currently recruiting for a Chef Manager to join our team in North Dublin. This role is suited to a Chef Manager with a conscientious and innovative approach who will develop and has the commitment to deliver exceptional service in line with our customers and client demands. This is a full time and permanent role.

Candidates' key responsibilities will include:
*To assume full responsibility for the delivery of our food service and to constantly introduce new and innovative menu options in conjunction with our supplier. To demonstrate a passion for high quality and excellent customer service.
*Ensure all services are staffed appropriately and take ownership of any issues which may arise.
*Ensure that all daily menus are balanced and meet our customer requirements.
*Be flexible in their approach and will have the ability to prioritise and adapt at short notice in line with business requirements.
*Full financial and operational accountability for the catering operation (driving sales, GP, labour and overheads and customer feedback).
*To achieve budgeted financial targets and action any shortfalls.
*To ensure the highest standards of Health and Safety and HACCP are maintained in the catering facility.
*To manage and develop the catering team.
*Implementation of promotional and marketing activity in a timely manner.
*Ensuring hospitality offering is delivered to a very high standard and working with internal departments as required for in house events.
*To train and mentor catering team and ensure front of house operations run without issue demonstrating a can do attitude at all times.
*To complete the weekly and monthly alc.
The Ideal candidate will require the following skills:
*Previous experience in a high standard food service environment.
*Innovative approach to food with strong attention to detail.
*Third level qualification (HACCP/Culinary Arts/Professional Cookery).
*Strong interpersonal skills.
*Flexibility and the ability to innovate.
*Commercial acumen, Strong organisational and problem solving abilities.
*Previous experience managing or operating a similar business, desirable.
