The successful candidate will work effectively and productively within the kitchen operating in a fair and equal manner that demonstrates effective teamwork. They will learn to ensure ingredients are stored, prepared and cooked correctly to deliver a quality product that is safe for the consumer.
Assists Kitchen team in the daily running.
Daily menu design, portion control and learning costing of menu item in their section.
Take full responsibility for individual implementation of HACCP plan.
Ensure all HACCP for delivery, cooking and storage of food are up to date and signed off by your manager.
Have the ability to work with the existing team to exceed customer expectations.
Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role.
