Base Wood Fired Pizza is an exciting gourmet pizza delivery business located in Terenure(Dublin 6), Ballsbridge(Dublin 4), Stillorgan(South Dublin), Lucan(West Dublin) and Glenageary (south Dublin). We specialise in authentic pizzas using only the finest and freshest ingredients from Italy and excellent local suppliers and cook them to order in a wood fired oven.
We are looking for FULL TIME PIZZA CHEFS with some previous experience in a similar role that are passionate about producing high quality pizzas.
We are only looking for people who have an excellent attitude, are team players, have a positive outlook and can achieve the highest standards in both food preparation and hygiene, and are not afraid of hard work!
We are offering Full Time Roles (Minimum 40 hours a week in most cases). You must be flexible and available to work weekends and weekdays. Candidates must be available to work 5 days per week. Days and hours of work will vary depending on the needs of the business. We are ideally looking for people who can commit to one year.

The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a similar position (wood fired oven experience would be ideal)
Ability to work well in a team
Knowledge of all standard procedures of food prep/goods in/storage & hygiene essential
Knowledge of HACCAP
Available to work weekends
Good communication skills
Neat appearance and presentation essential
