Production chef required to work 40 hours per week preparing large quantities of various hot dishes and other products.
At least 5 years experience in a very similar field, must produce food of a very high quality, have experience and knowledge, be able to manage their own work load, place food orders, maintain cost control, be fully compliant with HACCP and fully thorough in applying health and safety regulations.
Day time hrs Tuesday to Saturday, 15 weeks holidays per year.
Hourly wage depends on experience and ability.
