Craft bar are currently seeking an ambitious Sous Chef to join our dynamic and progressive team. This role may suit an experienced Senior Chef de Partie looking to take their next career step or an experienced Sous Chef with the ambition to achieve a Head Chef position in the future.
The ideal candidate will display:
- A passion for local produce.
- Strong leadership skills and people management skills with proven track record.
- Will be a team player and have a passion for team involvement, engagement and development not only with the kitchen brigade but the wider hotel team.
- Possess a very high standard in food preparation.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong references.
- Will report to the Head Chef directly.
- Will assist the Head Chef with kitchen leadership duties and deputise.
- Must have minimum 2years experience.
- Hardworking, trustworthy with a positive attitude.
- Strong people management skills required.
- Strong interest in the performance aspect of the kitchen.
- Proven track record in a food property or properties with an excellent reputation.
