Our client located on the Kildare/Meath border requires an experienced Chef de Partie. This is a full time permanent position based in a 4* hotel.
This is an exciting role and your duties will include
Food preparation and maintaining hygiene standards
To prepare, cook and present all dishes within area of responsibility to the correct menu specification with regard to quality and quantity.
To ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen are prepared to the approved standards of presentation
Maintain all storage areas with regard to temperature, ventilation and cleanliness.
Must have minimum of 2 years Chef De Partie experience
Flexibility in working hours.
Available to work shifts including very early mornings, weekends & bank holidays.
Food preparation/handling experience in a busy kitchen/restaurant environment.
Can cover all sections of the kitchen.
Works well under pressure.
Organised, efficient & have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Full HAACP training
Willingness to learn and progress in the kitchen
Salary will depend on experience but will range at €32K depending on experience
