Permanent Chef de partie 

Chef de party required for a Contemporary Luxury venue

Reporting to the Head Chef, the Chef de Partie will be responsible for the preparation of food

Key Duties and Responsibilities will be as follows:

Preparation, cooking and present food of a high standard

Assisting in the training of Commis Chefs

Maintaning a high level of cleanliness

You will need to be

A Highly organised individual with the ability to work in a fast faced environment and running their own section.
