A leading luxury AA Rosette hotel in Wexford is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join their team. Experience in fine-dining and banqueting is a minimum requirement for this exciting position.
The successful candidate will be responsible, along with the Head Chef, in ensuring the kitchen meets the required volume of dishes whilst maintaining the highest of standards possible.
The ideal candidate will require the following:
- Fine dine and banqueting experience is a must for this role.
- Previous ordering experience
- Experience working with GP's, waste control would be an advantage
- Ability to produce quality dishes whilst working at a high pace
- Fluent English & experience in an English speaking kitchen
- Excellent supervisory and management skills and presence
