We are currently recruiting for an Admin Assistant for an immediate start in our offices in west Dublin.

The Role:

The Admin Assistant will work on every aspect of the recruitment process here at Sherlock.

From the initial add placement to the eventual candidate placement, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the overall functioning and assisting to the running of the business.

This vacancy provides the ideal opportunity to prospective candidates who have a natural ability to deal with people, those who have an open minded and flexible approach to problems and who also aspire to be part of a sales focused environment where business development is not only taught; but encouraged and supported.

Some training will be provided to the candidate at the beginning of their employment with the aim of them developing into a more independent and focused position.

Duties:

Coordinating all stages of recruitment, compiling and posting job descriptions, screening CV’s, scheduling interviews and reference checking

Ensure all employee records are accurately maintained

Maintenance of employee safety training records

General administration

Requirements:

Self-motivation and a desire to succeed and exceed targets.

Extremely impressive work ethic

Excellent communication skills

An ability to work on your own initiative as well as under instruction

Previous employment involving customer facing experience

Ability to think on your feet, meet demands at short notice and exceed expectations

Ambition to progress your own role further within the company and a desire to succeed.
