Estimating & Logistics Manager  

Building Staff Solutions (BSS) are seeking applications for the position of Estimating & Logistics Manager for a role based in South Dublin.

The role will consist of overseeing pricing in specialist construction products within cladding & roofing.

The ideal candidate also has construction experience ideally in Small to Medium Sized Business.

Your Responsibilities:

• Executing and following up on supplier purchase orders, and invoice matching.
• Dealing with queries in relation to invoice resolution
• Carry out site walk-around checklists when required.
• Maintenance of necessary documents and records.
• Liaise with suppliers to correct discrepancies with quantity / quality and site arrival of product(s).
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the purchasing function.
• Responsibility for controlling stock levels.
• Handle Customer Queries/Issues re: Outstanding Orders.
• Understanding of Logistics & Delivery to Site.
• Maintain high level of supplier relationships.

Required:

• Estimating/price projection for specialist construction products, ideally cladding/roofing within the Irish/UK market.
• Previous exposure to Irish construction industry is a bonus.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High degree of proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel, specifically) and ideally have some experience operating Accounts/ERP and CRM
  Systems.
• Excellent administration and self time management skills.
