Due to our continued success, we are currently searching for a Senior Recruitment Consultant for our busy Temp Desk. This is an exciting opportunity to join our established team in Ballymount, and be part of our strategy to be market leaders within this vertical.
The Consultant will have responsibility in the following key areas:
Business Development – developing lasting business relationships, expertly applying your knowledge and skills to grow the business.
Client Management – becoming a trusted advisor to clients, keeping them abreast of trends within your sector.
Team Management - manage a team of junior recruitment consultants.
Candidate Service – delivering a true consultancy service, offering advice on how your candidates best present their knowledge and experience, to help them take the next step in their career.
Quality Compliance – driving the highest quality standards ensuring compliance with company processes and procedures.

The role will suit someone with a strong professional personality, good on the phone, methodical, hard-working conscientious and a real desire to succeed.
We are interested in speaking to people with recruitment experience (agency or in-house) or a proven track record of success in B2B sales environment.
