Site Clerk – Dublin
Here at Shannon Valley, we are currently recruiting for a Site Clerk to work on projects around Dublin. This is a great opportunity to work with a long-established company who have a great reputation throughout the industry.
General Site Admin.
Managing BCAR process.
Implementing Health & Safety regulations.
Conduct a weekly stock-take to determine requirements to be ordered for the next day.
Liaising with any Consultants, Subcontractors, Supervisors, Quantity Surveyors & the general workforce involved in the project.
Ensuring invoices and dockets are correct prior going to the Head Office.
At least 2 year’s previous experience working in a similar role on site.
Third-level Construction qualification.
Must be diligent and have a strong attention to detail.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
